OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, including the United States, spare no effort to prevent the growth of tensions on the contact line.
Oxu.Az reports that the statement came from US ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstar.
He said he has repeatedly voiced his concern in this regard:
“I have repeatedly stated and I want to note once again that every human loss on the contact line is a tragedy. It must be prevent, such cases cannot be tolerated. In order to ensure this, it is necessary to resolve the conflict completely. We will continue efforts in this direction”.
